TAMARA utilizes microfluidic technology to synthesize lipid nanoparticles through a bottom-up, self-assembly approach. Unlike other microfluidics systems, these chips are recyclable, thanks to an advanced in-built cleaning protocol. Furthermore, these microfluidic chips integrate two mixing designs on a single reversible chip, the baffle or the herringbone mixer. This offers versatile mixing methods that are selected to align with specific research goals.
