      Product Lifecycle Policy

A downloadable copy of our Product Lifecycle Policy can be found here.

Our policy follows industry best practice and is designed to help you understand the level of support available for your equipment at every stage of its life. We categorize the status of systems based on the time since the model was last manufactured, the level of support available and the availability of spares and upgrades.

We want our customers to be able to plan a smooth transition to newer, supported models. Our global teams are on hand to ensure you have an effective transfer. Please contact us to discuss and let us help with your continued manufacturing success.
