Dr. Yang Su is a distinguished and highly sought-after speaker on a wide variety of applications ranging from lipid nanoparticles, cell disruption, nanoemulsions and more.
Dr. Su has been with Microfluidics International Corporation since 2012. During his tenure, he has held the positions of Senior Research Engineer (2012-2014), New Technology Manager (2015-present) and Manager, New Technology and Applications (2018-present).
As the Manager of New Technology and Applications, Dr. Su focuses on the continued development and promotion of Microfluidics’ cutting-edge Microfluidizer
® technology, to deliver the desired outcome for each customer’s unique application. His responsibilities include accessing and determining the overall direction and development of new technology and new application development, as well as sharing responsibility for business line strategy of new technologies.
Dr. Su is an expert in numerical simulations such as computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEM). He holds a Ph.D. degree in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from the
University of Toledo and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from
Tsinghua University, and is also a member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientist and Controlled Release Society.
